Management Team

Engr. Benjamin Olamijulo graduated in 1986 from University of Lagos and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. As a professional quest of efficiency, he enrolled for Computer Programming – Basic and Fortran Languages, Engineering and Management software development.

He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE) (October 2005) with membership no. 04485 and a (COREN) Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria member with membership no. R4327 (June 1991).

With close to 30 years post qualification experience, he started his career with Landmark Nigeria Consulting Engineers, before he joined CT & P Construction in 1991. His exemplary brilliance, efficiency and hard work earned him promotion to the position of Senior Project Engineer / Manager Project Design, Supervision and Management, a position he held until 1995 when he resigned to set up Accord Engineering Limited.

Adenike Afolabi graduated from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State in 1996. She became a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors in 2008 (Reg Nr3001) and Member Quantity Surveyor Registration of Nigeria (Reg Nr3001) and Registered Quantity Surveyor (Reg No 2680).

In 1998 she joined the service of Kontinental Developers Nigeria Limited as a Quantity Surveyor.  She also worked with Vita Construction Limited as a Quantity Surveyor between 1999 and 2000 and later joined Acme Builders Nigeria Limited from 2000 to 2001 from where she moved to Participant Properties Limited in 2001 to 2002 as a Quantity Surveyor. In 2002 she joined the services of Alan Dick West Africa Limited also as a Quantity Surveyor till 2006.  She also worked with Hitech Industries Limited from 2006 to 2008.

She joined Accord Engineering Limited in 2008 as Assistant Project Manager and she is currently our Principal Manager in charge of operations.

Kehinde Akande Odeniyan graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State in Economics with a Second Class Upper Division. He also holds a National Diploma in Statistics with Distinction grade from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State.

In 2003, he became Associate member of Institute of Certified Cost Management of Nigeria.

He is a seasoned, technically aware, achievement-driven Manager with vast experience in various job functions. He started his career with First Interstate Bank Plc as International Operations/Finance Officer from 2003 and rose to become Banking Officer heading the International Remittance Transactions Unit in 2005. He later joined Unity Bank Plc, Foreign Operations department, as the Head of Regulatory Returns & Accounts Reconciliation Unit from 2006 to 2007. He worked with Afribank Plc, Abeokuta Branch, as the Head of Transactions Support Unit, PRO Manager before joining the services of Accord Engineering Limited in September 2009.

He has worked as Project Cost/Services Manager, Site Acquisition Manager, and Finance & Management Accountant.

He currently oversees the Finance and Accounts department of the company.
